Terms of service

PAYMENT METHODS -------------------------------
· Payment via Western Union app is preferred.· I accept Paypal as payment method.
· Currency accepted is USD and MXNEXPECTATIONS -------------------------------
· Wait time can be up to 5 days after starting depending on complexity of the piece and the customer's response consistency.· Payment is done by at least 50% upfront to be added on the line. The remainder is to be paid after delivery of the first sketch, regardless of approved status.· Customer will be supervisiong and directing throughout the whole process.
· Customer will receive constant updates of the art piece's progress with a watermark.REFUNDS -------------------------------
· Full refund is only available before I begin the art piece.· Half refund is available before I began the lineart of the art piece.· Once the lineart of the art piece has started, there won't be refunds available, the ordered art piece will be complited and delivered.ARTISTIC GUIDELINES -------------------------------
· NSFW (Sexually explicit content) is allowed with an additional fee of the 30% of the completed piece.· Gore is allowed with an additional fee of the 30% of the completed piece.· Fetishized gore is not allowed.· Feral NSFW is not allowed.· Loli, Shota or any depiction of child like characters in gory or NSFW scenarios are not allowed.· Hateful messages against marginated social, political or religious groups are not allowed.· When requesting a NSFW piece, the specific kinks or fetishes are to be discussed with me.· I reserve the right to reject any art piece if the specific kink or fetish requested is neither allowed or prohibited.· Female nipples alone will not considered NSFW artwork and won't have the NSFW extra fee added unless there's direct sexual interaction with them. The same applies to male nipples.
